Former Ngerian chief of defence "Alex Badeh" was among those accused of $2. 1billion arms deal scam.
However he's not the only one accused of the scam,other former and serving military chiefs are still under investigation.

Badeh was arraigned before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court on Monday, March 7 by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The former chief of defence staff, Alex Badeh will be remanded in prison custody pending hearing on his bail application, the court has ordered.
