A lady has charged one "Mr Umar Lawal" to court on account of not paying up after rounds of sex
Umar Lawal appeared before "kado Grade one Area court" in the capital territory Abuja over allegedly refusing to pay one Mrs Augustus Janet the stipulated amount after sex.
The prosecutor
salisu Khaleel , told the court that one Mrs Augustus Janet from mpape area in Abuja reported the matter at maitama police station on March 21.
The man in question, had rounds of sex with Mrs Janet and the agreed on an amount which is #10,000 [ten thousand naira]

After sex,
instead Mr Umar Lawal complying , all he could do is beat her up and even stabbed her with bottle which left her brutally injured .
The prosecutor also added that the offense contravened section 247 of the penal code, stating that the accused is facing a count charge of grievous hurt.
Umar pleaded not guilty to the charges&nbs
The judge , malam Abubaka Sadiq granted him bail on the sum of #20,000. And a surety in like sum.
The case has been adjourned till may 19
