According to reports, the police command in the state have arrested the culprits alongside with other suspected armed robbers and kidnappers.
Many stolen items have also been recovered from them.
While briefing News-men Ahammad Muhammad, Dsp, the public relation officer "PPRO" said the arrest were made at ohigha in ogba /egbema /ndoni local government and diobu in portharcourt.
The suspects are named as below:
1 Henry Ajie - 23
2 Bright Ajie - 22
3 Dadison ogadimma - 22
4 samson DiBia - 30
All from ohigha village for having hands in the kidnapping of Mrs igila Sunday of ohigha village on January 7 2016.
According to the police the suspected conffesed to the kidnapping, rapping before strangling her to death and buried in a shallow pit in ogbosi.
The gang have also confessed to having hand in the kidnapping of pastor chukwu Ekere of same ohigha community and killed him later on, because he has been disturbing them with his repentance preaching.
